Highly recommended. Pretty eye-opening stuff...

Basic points:

1. All voting machine software is kept secret from anyone outside the company who makes them
2. It took a computer scientist 10 seconds to break into a voting machine
3. ITAs (Independent Testing Authorities) who test the machines test everything EXCEPT security vulnerability

i think i'd prefer the optical scanners, because the paper ballots are archived as well. still can't believe the voting security standards are voluntary...
