Cox cable doesn't have it here either. I thought these games were going to be televised on NBC for some reason and I was mad that I would miss The Office tonight. Turns out I can't watch the game at all.

I dont think that they "like it", but they do have an agreement with the NFL network, and I can promis you that more people will be subscribers to the NFL network (and own a dish) next year because of this, not to mention NFL ticket.

that's exactly what they are doing. they put a bunch of NCSU games on ESPN-U because it's not offered in this area, and they put a bunch of ohio state games on ESPN-U because it's not offered in most of Ohio on cable. ESPN/ABC are selectively targeting areas to push their programming on.

As soon as they figure out how to buy contracts with certain NFL franchises, they'll do the exact same thing to them.
