yes! how do I delete it so next time someone is searching for something that starts with h hot lesbian sexxxx won't pop up?

For Firefox:
Tools > Clear Private Data.... click all applicable boxes.

shift+delete is your friend for individual searches

in firefox you can also right-click in the search box and choose "Clear Search History"
