I'm a grad student here at State, renting a house with 3 bedrooms and at this point in time have an empty room. It's just wasted money so I'm renting it out for $400. That price includes utilities(cable, electricity, water, etc.) The place is pretty close to campus, a 5 minute walk to WolfLine, and I'd be glad to show you how to get around if you're new to the area.

I'd like someone responsible, neat, organized, and fun to be around. Just clean up after yourself, don't leave the lights on, and take on some of the responsibilities in the house. I'm trying not to make it sound like I just want someone who doesn't live, but I've had roommates who leave doors open, leave dishes in the sink for a week, and have their music up loud as hell at night. Just be respectful, that's all.
