im looking for my own place, but i cant afford an arm and a leg.

any ideas? i know they run usually upwards of $495

sylvan park used to have cheap 1 bedrooms. they have a good floorplan, but you have to wait for a special on the 1 bedrooms sometimes

I don't know how close you need to be to State, but there are several complexs around Lake Lynn that are around $500. Bridgeport, Governors Point, The Timbers, and then on Duraleigh there is Falls of Duraleigh and Duraleigh Woods..

I only know this cause I was in a similar situation and was looking. =)

i'm moving to kensington

nice ass pool, free wireless internet, gym, tennis court, volleyball court, near the wolfline, TON of space(like 800 square feet), and 472 a month

not the best place to stay, but definitely the best deal if money is an issue like it was for me

also...if moneys an option, mission valley is 395/month, and westgrove is like 465
