My room mates and I have recently decided to part ways and this apartment is now fully available for rent ASAP.

I am moving to New York and my room mates are moving closer to work, needless to say here are the amenities of moving in:

Seems like I am getting mail from people about the asking price.

We are asking 110K for the apartment.

This includes new carpet upon the departure of the current room mates or we will simply deduce $1000 from the price and you can do it at your leisure.
