What are you kidding, Bush would have been even less productive this season in Houston.

They probably should have drafted Vince Young.

Vince Young shoulda definitely been the #1 pick.

I dont understand what happened this year.

Usually teams SPAZ about "quality QB's" and draft them way earlier than they should be taken.

Im talking about guys like Akili Smith, Alex Smith, etc that no one outside of NFL scouts thought was gonna be good.

Sure youre gonna occasionally draft the bust that looks like a good player (Mirer, Harrington, etc) but its so unlike NFL GM's to pass up on QB's that everyone knows are gonna develop into good if not great QB's.

Everyone knew Leinart and Vince Young would be good. How could they not be? It still baffles me that these guys were not #1 and #2.

I loved Reggie Bush coming out of college and i still think he's gonna be an elite NFL back... but everyone knows RBs are a dime a dozen and great signalcallers are too valuable to pass up.

Even if you're okay with Bush/Mario Williams going ahead of those two QB's... how can you justify SAFETIES and LINEBACKERS (I mean wow) going ahead of Leinart...?

Ridiculous.

Uh...

Oakland Raiders
Buffalo Bills
Detroit Lions

(Packers don't count, because they just got a #1/#2 QB the year before)

That's the point. The only thing they do have is shitty front offices -- and that's how Leinart fell so far.

Losman is apparently coming around... kinda of.
