Any of you end up working at or interviewing with Fidelity? I have an interview with them in a couple weeks and wanted to know what people think of the company, especially those that work for them or have.

I am trying to find out more about their health benefits and work culture.

As a customer, I am happy. I have most of my investments through them (401k, IRA, brokerage), and have never had any issues.

from the other side of things, I have no idea.

I think we both know what he was asking for. Try to keep your e-penis in your pants sometimes.

Depends on specifics of the job itself, your immediate supervisor, etc. etc. Those are the type of questions you want to ask in an interview and get a good feel for (not too hard to tell if somebody is BSing if you ask the right questions).

So far as the company is concerned, I am extremely pleased with my investments with them and hope to open a college savings account in the future. The couple of times I've had to contact customer service they have been very polite, professional and genuinely friendly ... with almost zero wait time during a lunch hour. In general, people don't like when you take money or services away from them, but REALLY like when you offer money or services for them without strings attached. (Again, will depend on nature of your job ... you may end up in a Milton position).
