I am in need of someone to take my place in my two bedroom apartment at University Village. The rent is $345 a month with a power bill of around $80/month and internet of $40/month that you and my roomate will split. The reason I am moving out is because I can no longer afford to live in Raleigh and have plans to transfer to a community college near my hometown in Graham. My roomate is a civil engineer and we've been friends since highschool. He is a cool guy and isn't hard to get along with. Let me know if anyone is interested.
