Hello!

I'm looking for a female to sublease my apt. I am moving closer to UNC and will not be returning back here. My apartment is at Wolf Creek, it's a 3 br/3 bath. The lease is until August and I will sign the lease over to you; you will have the option to sign for another year if wanted.


********I will pay for January so you get the first month FREE and I will also pay your deposit which is between $100-$200 plus the subleasing fee of $250.**********
The rent is $400 a month and includes everything!!

The apartment is fully-furnished. My room is at the back of the apartment and has a larger bathroom than the other rooms.

The rent includes all the utilities and the complex has a pool, game room, weight/workout room, tennis/volleyball/basketball courts. They have a shuttle that runs to NC State's campus every day the university is open. The office staff are very friendly and maintenance has always been done the same day.

My roommates will be remaining here and are both Seniors at State who will graduate in May.
