Trying this again.

Anyone (preferably male, but we'll consider females) looking for an apartment? My roommate and I are pretty chill, and quite sanitary, although we build up the usual amount of clutter (being guys and stuff).

"Furnished" means there's already a (pretty nice) desk, a queen-size bed (and mattress pad, even), shelving, etc. etc.. We have the apartment rigged up for 10/100 and 802.11g, so you don't need to worry about getting your Internets on.

Same warnings as last time, you'll be sharing use of a shower with me, so if you're accustomed to getting your shower really filthy, you would not live very long. You get your own half-bathroom downstairs, so you won't have to share a toilet or anything.

Lots of guns, so if you're a gun collector, we are especially interested in your coming to live with us.

To clarify a bit further, it's 290/mo rent plus utilities split 3 ways. For the past few months it would have been ~370-380 after everything and we usually go a little over 400 during the summer.
