The house is old but fuctions well. Maiden Lane is directly across the street from the NC State Belltower, making it about a 3 minute walk crossing Hillsborough Street to get to North Campus. It is also within walking distance to Harris Teeter and the rest of Cameron Village (4 minute walk). Your lease includes everyting listed above, parking space included.
