I have a friend who is trying to switch over our listserve to a new manager...i.e.: right now, she moderates the emails that go out but needs to give that and the admin rights to a new personIs there a way to administer this online or does she need to call over to help desk, etc? She hasn't been able to get in touch with anyone for a while...Thanks!!!

You can do it online via the web interface. http://lists.ncsu.eduThe folks at the NCSU Helpdesk will also be willing to help her walk through the process if needed. 515-HELP
