If you play in an exemption game you could have 13 back then (I don't think you can anymore unless you play @ Hawaii). We played... I think it was New Mexico that year in some preseason game (sort of like the football equivalent to the BCA or Hispanic Coaches Tourney's in bball) that was an exemption..

GT, VT, and Duke are not in our schedule - i think we should have Duke and GT in our schedule, and if I had to pick two conf teams to replace them with, it would be UVA and Miami - Duke because they are 20 mins down the road from us, an in-state rival that we ought to play even though they are a cupcake team, and GT just because idk why, i guess because we have more history with them
