I know, very huge longshot etc. I lost my USB transceiver, that's the only part I need. I don't think Logitech is going to replace it for me.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME

The usb dongles are unique so you can't use someone else's. That's out. Best thing is to call Logitech and figure out what you can do. I had someone break my usb dongle and they sent me a new mouse and I didn't have to send it back. You could try seeing what they could do.

I recently lost my usb dongle like you, and am considering calling them again.

just go through logitech's online support via email. they will send you a replacement mouse without you having to spend money on mailing your old one back. i just recently got a replacement from the without any problems.

Thanks for the responses, I'm gonna go get a G5 or another G7 to tide me over....I have like 20 things bound to that mouse so when I don't have it I suck at whatever game I'm playing.

nope, they said they weren't responsible for lost transceiver. I knew I should have lied. I suggested to the rep that I could have just said i washed it and it doesn't work. She was like ya you could do that if you had the serial numbers from the USB trans. Dunno if I want to get 50% off G7 or get my boy at best buy to get me a cheap MX Revolution. 4 batteries might be nice i dunno.
