The room for rent has 2 closets, and a personal bathroom

The house has a kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Current roommates include a brother and sister, we are both pretty laid back, and easy going.

Smoking is outside, and pets only if they can be kept in a tank/cage.

oo sorry 285 + utilities which run like 80 in the winter with heat, and less in the summer

80 is like more than it has reached yet for utilities the heighest has been 72 ... sometimes its only like 40 in the summery times

what kind of lease would be involved?

you would be subleasing from someone else until May or if you wanted you could change the lease and keep living here when we leave in May if you wanted to find 2 new roommates.
