i have the lg chocolate, and to get bitpim to recognize my phone, i first had to install the drivers for the phone (from cd from verizon) to get the computer to pick it up correctly. after that it worked perfectly. 1/30/2007 7:50:08 PM |

Generally you need drivers and a program to interface with them, JT3bucky did you install strobe drivers first? And bitpim is known to not work with some CDMA phones, but sometimes you can tinker with settings and make it work, but drivers are crucial. 1/30/2007 8:24:42 PM |

ok I had the drivers installed at the time I had made this thread
what I had to do though was go in and change all the settings and the ports for the program, it wont actually show up on the bitpim but I can go into the filesystem and then get the folder that way
it only works like once every day which is odd, thing has a mind of its own
took some time but i figured it out
and no howard forums had no help 1/31/2007 3:59:31 PM |
