I have iaxcomm right now and it's ok for being free but does anyone have a recommended software maybe more feature rich? Freeware, Shareware, Purchase w/e

Yeah sorry, an asterisk client to make/receive calls via my bluetooth headset.
something like iaxcomm but more feature rich. Basically software to replace my piece of shit SIP phone.

Asterisk uses SIP so any SIP voip device/software should work. As far as softphones go I like x-lite/eyebeam from Counterpath.

I wouldn't say skype. No, not at all. Definitely not in the linux community. And for the basic use of protocol, it's a big no no. So, that's just not a good idea right there. Nope.
