why don't people wait until the pictures are ready - this earlier post won't have anyone interested without pics

I think most people that are genuinely interested already know what the car looks like. Anyone looking for that car would PM him to try to get first dibs on seeing it in person.

the next time you buy a car from a listing on the internet because you "already know what the car looks like" please let me know

why waste the time in going to see it when you can tell if it'll work or not in this thread - it's not like it has under 20k miles and might look new

It's not like he is asking for a deposit before you see the car.

My bimmer didn't have pics when it was posted on Craigslist, but when I saw the ad I e-mailed the girl immediately and asked to see the car asap. I was the first person to test drive it and I made an offer the next day which is why I got the car instead of someone else. I'm glad I didn't waste my time waiting for pics.

do people actively search for these cars?

if people can't make the time to come see a local vehicle in person based on a description, they're not a serious buyer.
