Is there one?
Basically if you goto Start, Run...anything after 'http://' will open up your web browser...similar prefixes might be 'ftp://' opening an FTP client, etc
well is there one for google earth? like if i wanted to open up google earth to a certain city, is there any CLI commands like 'earth://charlotte+nc+usa'?
or are the .kml or .kmz files or whatever the only way to auto open google earth to a certain place?

As far as I know, that's how it's done. You can put the pointer information inside those file to act like a link. It's not as east as an normal html link tag, but I don't know of another option. You could write a script to give your own pages functionality like that or you could just point them to google maps. Google maps has a better web API anyway.2/8/2007 12:50:15 PM |

i bet if you bought this domain you would get lots and lots of hits
or maybe gogole.com?
i remember linux bought the domain 'microsfot.com' which seems pretty clever
any other similiar circumstances you guys know of? 2/8/2007 2:01:54 PM |
