We need one more clean, considerate, female roommate for our 4 bedroom apt at University Woods. Rent is $275 a month which includes water. With cable, internet, and electric it's usually about $330 a month. It's not furnished but I think you can pay extra for that. It's only about 3-8 minutes from main campus and centennial campus. The Cat bus also stops right across the street. We all work hard on stuff school during the week and then like to have fun on the weekends. Two chemical engineering majors and one psychology major. We'll all be seniors next year.

Current rent is up to $300+ but ours is at $275 because it will be a sublease from a current roommate. Lease goes from beginning of August 07- end of July 08
