I have it. I like it overall.

The 2 things I hate about it:

1) no wifi (but i knew that going into it)

2) proprietary connector for power and headphones. same jack. good luck buying any accessories anywhere.

There's a lot of cool software for the smartphone platform. I like FizzTraveler, Resco Radio, and ProfiMail. If you're gonna get a smartphone, it makes sense to buy an unlimited data plan, otherwise you'll miss out on a lot of cool functionality.

If you want wifi, you're stuck with the 8125 and the newer version of the 8125 with the good processor.

The 8125 is slower than dirt though.

get the blackjack. same o.s. but adds 3g instead of the 3125's slow edge network.
