I will be needing a place to stay in the middle of May. I have decided I want a one bedroom at Ivy Commons. I am not particularly fond of the idea of just being on the waiting list. Figured I would post here and see if anyone needs to get out of there lease starting in May and then I could just resign when it was done. Let me know if anyone is interested.
