we are looking to rent a three bedroom, 2.5 bath house off method rd (not the sketchy part of method though) FOR THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR (starting in June/July). it's 2 stories and it's brand new (house is only 1.5 years old)...only one set of renters have lived in it and they kept the place looking really nice.
-spacious kitchen and bar
-back yard (with trampoline!!)
-huge garage

i dont have any pictures of the place yet, but if you want to come see it, just let me know...friends of ours are living there currently.
ok so the master bedroom has been claimed already- it went for $325. the two smaller bedrooms go for $285!!! that is cheap as hell! utilities are not included, but split three ways it isnt bad.

criteria for potential roomates:
there are two of us girls already, so we would prefer another female. however, a clean guy that can tolerate living with two girls is more than welcome.
we like:
-non-smokers
-clean people
-nice people!
-people that promise not to have their significant other move in with them
-cats are okay (i have one), dogs are negotiable.
we are sort of nerdy in that we are studiers and we prefer to have a pretty quiet environment in which to do that so big partiers need not apply.
