I was working on a thesis paper this morning which i finished and saved the drive. My laptop battery went dead and now when i try to access the file, it shows it on the harddrive but i get this error message trying to recover it. The error message tells me that i either do not have permission to open the document or the file type is invalid
if anyone can help me with this, i need this printed by 1:30.
Microsoft wont help me because my product is out of warranty

The document name or path is not valid. Try these suggestions. *check the file permissions for the documents or drive *use the file open dialog box to locate the document. (C:\...My Documents\TechHW2.doc) 2/15/2007 12:08:09 PM |

Take it to ITD and have them take a look at it if its important. Or find the IT person in your department or college. 2/15/2007 1:17:33 PM |
