I just want to see who is interested. I'd like to get out of my lease so I can move in with a friend soon (who has to start a year lease by the end of March).

$300/month + utilities. Has a washer/dryer, fireplace, dishwasher, supernice deck

Lease ends either at the end of June or the end of July.

Large room (approx 27'x12') with bathroom attached. It's in the basement of a house off of brent road that has an attached living area. Really cool place, I just never stay there.

The roommates are super cool. You must be female, preferably a non-smoker, clean, friendly, no pets. And you must be cool as well. PM me if you're interested.

this is a good idea for 1st summer session students who currently live in dorms. Also, you can always move from the dorms early! That's what I did back in the day! I basically need someone ASAP

anyone interested? Honestly, just live there april, may, and june and you only have to pay 800 for the entire time. I'll pay utilities and 100 extra.

Did I mention your own bathroom! And personal entrance if you don't want to use the front door. Washer, Dryer, EVERYTHING you'd want!
