DING DING.
Thier marketing scheme is directed at suckers who fall in love with the house for that price, start "seeing themselves" in the house, the get in a bidding war because they dont want to let it get away.
smart move. The house will easily go for tree-fiddy.2/23/2007 3:19:25 PM |

yeah, that area has seen a lot of revitalization lately but Knoxville is still a really cheap place to live... I bet it wont go for TOO much higher than that. A good friend of mine lived in a unit in the same place while he was an undergrad... although he just rented and had a roomate and it was still pretty expensive for a college kid (think around $600 each) it wasnt retarded crazy. I could see it going for $275,000. 2/23/2007 4:16:44 PM |
