Do you just have this in your basement or something? I really hope you work for a small company thats upgrading....

My question is how loud is it. I know when those SCSI drives start to wear out they sound like an airplane taking off... I'm looking for something that is quiet enough to sit in my closet...

I would say they are probably too loud for a closet. Not because of the drives, just because of all the fans.
