I'm looking to sublease my apartment in Clarion Crossing off Avent Ferry next to Lake Park. It's a one bedroom one bathroom, 650ish square feet, washer and dryer hookups, full kitchen. Good neighbors and a quiet area. The rate for new leases is 620 or 645 with cable tv. My rent is 605 including cable. You would only need electricity and internet although you could probably just get wireless off one of the neighbors. You would need to go through the application process at the apartment complex. I'd be willing to show the apartment to serious inquiries. I'm flexible on the date of subleasing....i can move out as early as two weeks but need to be out by early May.

yeah clarion crossings is way high for the quality. i lived in a two bedroom and it was a mistake.

thats just about the lowest price around campus for a one bedroom. a buddy of mine is in a one bedroom at ivy chase thats a hundred more a month without utilities.

i pay 550 a month for a 1 bdrm....then add utilities and the like.

so you can def. get a 1 bdrm for cheaper than that

your 550 doesn't include cable so the 605 isn't that far off.....do you have a better location?

I pay 460 at Ivy Commons. Really not bad at ALL.
