Searched google but really couldn't find a straight answer. This past Sunday my parents bought a tv from Circuit City. After getting it home, they decided that it is too big for their den. They are now thinking about returning it and getting a smaller size. The return policy posted on the website does not say anything about a restocking fee for tv's, the closest thing it refers to is Home Theater Seating, which last time I checked, didn't include electronics. Could someone please correct me on this? 3/7/2007 9:27:54 PM |

you posted this at 9:27, why does it matter if they close at 10? 3/7/2007 10:22:12 PM |

as long as you are exchanging it for another one from Circuit City, you won't have to pay restocking. 3/8/2007 3:35:39 PM |
