we have an identical one at the beach, but it's red/black. It's plenty fast, 60+ on the guessometer (speedo)

good ski not a bad price at all... been used in salt or freshwater?

My dad has an '04 XLT800 at home and I'm wantin to say I've seen mid 50s on the water. Its been a while since I've ridden it though, but these are great jetskis. Tilt steering, reverse, good power. I'm sure the 1200 has more torque for pulling tubes and skiis and a little more top end. The 3 seaters might not be as maneuverable as some smaller watercraft but they are still a blast.

Is this thing really purple? Looks more blue on my screens.

Does not come with a cover...My husband said he's gotten it in the low 60's. It's been used in freshwater lakes, and maybe once or twice in the ocean...not much AT ALL. That's exactly why we're trying to get rid of it...we never use it...Yes, it's purple, and like I said, I apologize for the crappy pics...bad lighting in the garage at the time...Will try and get better ones up tomorrow at the latest. As for handling, this thing rocks!!!
