We couldn't have asked him to help any more than he did. Boy was clutch in some key situations.
Go Nieman. I bet he's feeling on top of the world right about now. 3/9/2007 9:37:23 PM |

I remember watching him a couple times when he played in high school.
He was a great player there, but Eric Williams (WFU) was on the team, too, and the coach had rules about how Eric had to touch the ball before anybody could shoot. 3/9/2007 10:12:55 PM |

^ I agree.
Justin Clark and Bryan Nieman don't have alot of height, but every time they are on the court, both of them play with CRAZY amounts of energy and intensity and it really gives our team a boost.....
but Nieman was HUGE yesterday!!! 3/10/2007 12:11:21 PM |

Nieman's charge he took from Diane won us the game...
We were only up two and if he makes that play we could have been down 1 instead.

NIEMAN >>> Horner
I understand they play completely different, but i am so much more comfortable with him in instead of horner
and yes he had 3 fouls, but
horner has fouled out with 0 before 3/10/2007 3:51:10 PM |

I enjoy his Jump Shot Niefense* and Niebounding**.
* When someone is setting up to shoot, run at them and jump wildly in the air.
** Watch the ball bounce off the fingertips of both teams' bigs, then catch it when fall into your hands.
I also enjoy his occasional Nie-pointers. 3/15/2007 10:01:15 AM |

I think Horner plays more next year. If he can put on muscle he'll be a much better player. He already leads the team in 3pt % @ 45%.
10-20 from 3 point line in ACC play.

there is absolutely no way horner plays more than 18 mpg (his average this year) next year. that doesnt mean he wont play at all, he just wont play as much 3/15/2007 3:10:44 PM |

I disagree. He needs to gain weight and improve his defense, but he has a great shot. I think if he improves like a frosh->soph should, he'll be a really good player. 3/15/2007 7:27:44 PM |
