Sublease for the summer at U House

I am looking for someone to sub lease my apartment for the up coming summer. There will be 3 other male roommates who are nice and easy to get along with. The apartment will be available from early May until middle August. I will rent out the room for $275 including utilities. My roommates usually leave for most of the summer so you will have the apartment to your self for most of the time. If you would like to meet the other roommates I will set up a time everyone can to meet. The rent is discounted $175 because I must pay rent at another location during the summer. University House is an awesome place to live.

There is a shuttle that runs to campus every 15 minutes. Great for summer school.
