Female, non-smoker, no pets, easy to get along with. I am allergic to cats but LOVE dogs so I'm definitely okay if you have one. I would like to live with other females because boys are dirty. Just kidding not all are, but I'm not comfortable living with guys. I'm sometimes particular about sanitation so I might disinfect the kitchen, bathrooms, handrails, and doorknobs biweekly with some Lysol wipes. I also like cooking every so often, so if you don't want a roommate who cooks, then I'm not the roommate for you!
