didnt see a thread about this on the first page, but if this thread has already been made, lock it.

anyways

i just found out last night that they have now started to tow cars parked on trailwood in front of u woods. not only do you get towed, but you also get a parking ticket. i think this is an awful idea and my friend who got towed last night thinks its the cops trying to cut down partying in u woods....

well parking tickets werent working everyone would just park there anyway

so now they get towed.... not a bad solution

its not a good idea to have a lot of cars parked there when people are trying to drink & drive down that road all night. It just increases the chance of hitting someone and getting a senseless DUI

theres no reason for that area to be a no parking except to cut down on partying, thats the only reason
i mean that lane is really wide, there is plenty of room for parking

Yes, it's a no-parking zone. Amazing that they'd tow people and give you a parking ticket for parking in a no parking zone.
Personally I feel that it's warranted. A lot of people park there for parties, then like to walk across the street to their cars, drunk.

there are other reasons why a street would be no parking other than width. Such as speed.

its down to 35 now

there is no reason why there shouldnt be parking

you can parallel park on h-boro and it has a fuckton more traffic at the same speed

[Edited on March 18, 2007 at 9:29 PM. Reason : which is more danergous, volume or speed?
