Hey everyone, I am sub-leasing an apartment at Wolf Creek. The apartment complex is located right off of western. I will be charging around 275 a month, while I pay the other 150 per month. I will be subleasing the apartment from the beginning of May all the way until the beginning of August, if you are interested let me know.

You're going to have more luck if you mention how many rooms are in the apartment (assuming that the person renting will have roomates) and how much utilities run.
