Right on the Wolfline and the CAT 11 Avent Ferry, about a 5 minute drive to NCSU campus.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Rent is $375 per month plus $250 signing fee--application process is necessary

For residents, you must have a sticker, and there is plenty of visitor parking.

I don't think pets are allowed.
