or should I buy one?... thinking about it but would to hear opinions to see if its worth it

i use both adaware and spybot S&D
and they always find stuff the other didn't

Setup schedule and scans to prevent it in the future.

DO NOT INSTALL THAT DEFENDER CRAP! It can cause issues with your computer.

Spysweeper uses a shit-ton of resources; although, it is a good scanning/prevention program. i use AVG Internet Security with spyware and antivirus protection which uses a lot less resources than Spysweeper does. but for free: ad-aware, spybot, and also i like a-squared free.
