its not a simple thing, theres thousands of different grants and the proposal can be very long.
i need someone with good experience

Grants aren't always as long as you think. if you go through a private organization or company they are often very short. They are simple to put together and you can do one in the matter of a weekend. I have worked with people assisting them in grant writting we wrote 3 grants and got 2 of them funded. The main problem is finding the grant that meets your needs. I would say write your own and don't pay someone else to because if you do then you have to pay that person no matter if the grant is accepted or rejected.
