I have three rooms available in a privately owned 4bed/4bath apartment at University Oaks. One will be open early June, the other two will be open early August; start date is negotiable; 6 months or 1 year leases. Currently one male resident is staying for next year. Looking for clean/neat, quiet, non-smoking tenants.

Private bed and bath. Share nice kitchen, living room, patio, and washer/dryer. It was remodeled two years ago when purchased; hardwood floors in the living room/kitchen.

$300 a month plus electricity, cable, internet. We have kept it under $360 every month.

One block from corner of Western Blvd and Gorman, behind Rhynes Gate. Wolfline bus stop one block away on Gorman, I personally walk <30min to school when the weather is nice.
