I have a 2200 sqft. 4br house and I need two roommates. I prefer students (undergrad or grad). I will have one opening starting immediately after the semester and one in July. The house is only about a mile from campus and is in the neighborhood off Kent Rd (across the street from cookout). The house has a frontporch, living room, dining room, big screen tv, full kitchen, back deck and patio, and large yard.

Rent will be 400 a month and we will split utilities (cable, electricity, and gas). Let me know if you anyone is interested.

im not sure what section 8 housing is but i assure you my house is in a nice neighborhood. I live next to a retired prof. diagonally across western from cook out back towards the beltloop
