I am looking to sublease a room in my apartment for the summer. Move in dates and move out dates can be somewhat negotiated. The utilities are usually kept pretty low as well. You will be paying right around $300 a month for the summer (at least thats where it has been for us, no guarantees). It is in a 3br/2 1/2 bath apt. The roommates are cool and it is a 12 minute walk to either main campus or centennial (EBII), so it is a great location. Not much partying at all in either the apt or complex. It is 2 guys at the moment, but open to whoever. PM me for more details. W/D, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and all furniture except a bed included. This includes 2 desks (one I put my clothes on and the other for working), 2 whiteboards, desk chair, lounging chair, 1 TV, a filing cabinet I put my tv on, and one filing cabinet used as a bed side table.
