Total rent for the place is 1077 per month (359 for three tenants, 269.25 for four), we already have two people in the place for the summer, likely three for the next academic year. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (if there's only three of us, you're welcome to claim the master bedroom and bathroom). We need one more person for the summer, and we'd be happy to keep anyone who would like to stay longer.

Guy or girl is fine. We've been living co-ed for a while now.

The apartment is part of the Dominion at Walnut Ridge, so it's fairly quiet. Not a major party hangout, and no Nazi parking rules. Pool and exercise room, neighborhood right off Gorman.

You furnish your bedroom... bringing just a mattress and a small desk for yourself would probably be just fine. I own a Wii and a PS2, as well as a pretty nice TV set and 5.1 stereo w/ DVD player and VCR.

We play a lot of awesome board games here (Settlers of Catan and so on), so if you're into that, it might be an added bonus. If you're not, it's not a problem.

One bedroom, the master bedroom, is definitely big enough for two people. But if you want a room to yourself, either one of the smaller rooms is still pretty awesome.
