Apartment comes fully furnished, has cable (hbo & showtime), and has a patio.

The apartment community is gated, has a pool, and fitness center.

i just talked to administration and here is what they said:

village green charges $200 to transfer lease. This acts as your security deposit which you will get back when you move out assuming no new damages have occured.
