I am looking for 2 roommates to join us in our 4bed/4bath Lake Park condo. Rent is $275/month per person and leasing is done on an individual basis. Each lease will start on June 1st, 2007 and must go through July 31st, 2007. You will also be expected to pay 1/4 of the utilities (including water, power, cable, internet) which averages out to about $50/month.

The apartment's common areas are fully furnished (kitchen, washer/dryer, living room), you would just need to fill your room. The rooms are appx. 11'x10' with their own walk-in closet and bathroom.

no pets or smoking are allowed inside

not directly on wolf-line but located about a 10min walk away from a bus stop (and if you have a car you can just as easily drive to it in 2min)

have one room still available, and a second option for leasing...since the summer school schedule is a bit different this year.

your lease can run from May 18th through August 12th, which would make it a 3-month lease, BUT I'm dropping the price considerably to only $225 a month + utilities...thats a 50 dollar decrease off the originally posted price.
