I'm looking for a fairly inexpensive house or townhouse (or extremely spacious apartment) at the beginning of June for at least a year long lease. I have pets, so they would have to be welcomed. I would also love for it to be near campus.

look in camden crossing. Our lease at the townhome there ends in July, but it is 1095 a month

I live at the Kensington Park Apartments on Avent Ferry off Gorman and Western. It's under new management as of February, incase you heard bad things about it in the past. I live in a 1,090sqft 2bdrm apartment, model 2A I believe, for $560/mth (total, not each person. just me lives here). Not bad at all!! Oh, AND they allow pets. =D
