My current rommate is getting married and will be moving into his new house June 1st. I am looking for someone to move in around mid-June. I am a female grad student in the college of engineering. Rent is $400. Townhouse is 2bedroom/2bath, all amenities, reserved parking space, back yard deck. Must be willing to sign onto existing lease.
