Hi,

I'm looking for some fun things to do with a group this Friday evening in the RDU area that are beyond the typical go to a bar or club type deal. Something fun, not juvenile, and hopefully memorable.

Anyone have any suggestions?

The Piedmont Farm Tour is this weekend, 30 bucks/carload, go see and do activities on Sat. and Sun.

Weaver St. Co-op in Carrboro is having a Friday night kickoff for the event.

Also, there's the Skakori Hills Festival with bluegrass, country, world, and hippie music, happening all weekend.

And also, since I live near Downtown Durham, go check out the American Tobacco District, or
the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke.

Too bad you didn't ask last weekend, as Full Frame was going.
Full Frame= annual documentary/movie festival, like a little Sundance or something.

make sure to get tickets early (as in tomorrow) for the egypt exhibit, i heard it will prob be busy this weekend

Go to the Progress Energy Center for one of there broadway shows if in town or other shows if possible.
