Supposedly, this will be badged as the 8-Series and will go on sale relatively soon. Longer and wider than the 7-series.!!! Extremely low as well, lower than the MB CLS!

It will compete against:

MB CLS
Aston Martin Rapide (above)
Porsche Panamera

So what do you Bimmer guys think? Bangle-sticked? Sure, but it looks very nice if you ask me. Front could be a bit nicer, but DAMN, side profile is amazing! Back is pretty good too. And according to sources, it points towards future design direction for BMW.

guys don't get too carried away because it is just speculation that it will go on sale soon!

but chances are good, as BMW has been wanting to build a CLS competitor, and i guess this is it.

price will of course depend on the engine, and will be comparable to price of the 7-series.

They're rocking a MB S65, which is pretty much the top of the heap.

I'm not sure I like this more than a CLS, but I'd have to reserve judgement until seeing it in person.

That mini-bmw is just a concept sketch anyway. Its proportions aren't going to be perfect in that one drawing.

I guess if BMW has to do FWD, this'd be a good car to do it with... But I kinda doubt they'll do it. Give it 240-250hp and RWD, and it'd be a winner though.
