I need someone to sublease my apartment for the summer I plan on moving out around may 8th and my lease ends on august 31st. My rent is $230 a month I pay about $25 for cable and internet and about $30 for electricity. It is university oaks wich is bascially at the intersection of gorman and western and 15 mins walking distancee to campus . Right next to rhynes gate apartments. The Varsity bus stop is literally 2 mins walking distance from my door. It is a 4 bedroom 4 bath apartment. I will be more than hapy to show you around if you are interested or know anyone interested. I'll even pay for half of may's rent. Thanks
